Meet Troy. Troy was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan and completed his Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of Regina. Shortly after university Troy moved to Vancouver, BC where he worked in the competitive and great sales training industries of office equipment and advertising. In 2002, Troy, his wife Roxanne and his young family had an opportunity to relocate to the beautiful Okanagan. Troy became interested in Real Estate first by investing in revenue properties. That peaked his interest in Real Estate as a career and he made the move to become a Realtor and join an industry leader, Royal LePage in 2006. Troy and his family love the Okanagan for its people, beautiful scenery and it's varied seasons including it's mild winters. Troy has enjoyed participating in beach and indoor volleyball, coaching his eldest daughter's basketball through her elementary and middle school years and watching his daughters excel in their chosen activities. Troy's non-human best friend is Bailey, their beloved miniature Goldendoodle. Troy is now in his 19th year as an award winning Realtor and enjoys his work for its opportunity to get to know great people and help them meet their real estate goals. He does so with a fun, friendly and approachable manner. Troy is blessed that his past clients don't keep him a secret and are continually referring their family and friends, for that he is very thankful.
